I have recently taken up a commission for Latitude 53, an Edmonton non-profit artist run center, to develop promotional material for their annual event The Fine Art of Schmoozy. The event will take place in early December, and I am to design a promotional poster, tickets, newspaper and online ads among other things which the event requires. I have also just moved to Vancouver, and still in the process of unpacking, so I’m only posting black&white sketches done for the poster; the first two are probably the most successful ones and that is the direction I will take. Speaking of changing locations, now that most of the hassle of moving is over, I am eagerly looking for a job in Vancouver as an illustrator or graphic designer.
